Marble Arch is hiring for full production technicians and for a part time delivery driver (appr. 20 hrs/wk)
Work is day shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility on start time. We attempt to accommodate schedule needs.
We occasionally work over time on Saturdays.
We provide company paid health insurance through United Healthcare and paid vacation and holidays after a 90 day probationary period.
Starting wage ranges from $17-$20 per hour depending on experience and skills.

What we do:
We make cast polymer bathroom products such as sinks, countertops and showers. The majority of our production is custom, made to order, so our work is not assembly line but rather requires hands on, thoughtful engagement.
After receiving an order we modify/create molds to fit the application, mix the basic raw materials which include ground stone, pigment, binding agents and promoters and cast into the mold. After the polymerization reaction occurs items are demolded and are "finished" via sanding the edges and polishing the usable surface.
Experience with hand tools used to measure, cut, drill, sand, polish and fabricate are a plus but not required. Reliability, motivation and the ability to work closely with others are required.
We start with basic raw materials and create a finished product ready to go into someone's home. We take pride in the appearance and function of everything we make knowing someone is enjoying it's beauty and function.
